Dr. Russel Antico is owner and clinical director of Howard County Chiropractic Spine & Sports Rehabilitation. Dr. Antico received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from The National College of Chiropractic and holds post-graduate certifications as a Chiropractic Sports Physician (ACBSP) and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA). Dr. Antico is Board certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and licensed by the Maryland Board of Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Examiners. He is certified in Graston Technique, Dry Needling, and is a Level One Provider within the Titleist Performance Institute (Golf).

Dr. Antico spent his younger years playing lacrosse at both the high school and collegiate level. He has been an avid runner since 1991 completing countless 10k’s, 10 milers, and half marathons.

When not seeing patients Dr. Antico can be found enjoying time with his wife (Dr. Veronica) and his two sons or running through the trails of Patapsco State Park.

Dr. Veronica is co-owner of Howard County Chiropractic and brings over 24 years of practice experience to each and every patient encounter. Dr. Veronica graduated from the National College of Chiropractic and is Board certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and licensed by the Maryland Board of Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Examiners. She is certified in Graston Technique as well as Dry Needling.

Dr. Veronica has balanced her professional career and being a mom to her two sons wonderfully. When not practicing she enjoys being active, participating in everything from weight lifting, barre, Peloton and casual walks around the neighborhood.

“Dr. Tony” is the most recent addition to the Howard County Chiropractic clinical team joining in 2024. Dr. Tony is originally from Wisconsin and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic (Sports Emphasis) from Northwestern Health Sciences University. He is Board certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and licensed by the Maryland Board of Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Examiners.

When not seeing patients, Dr. Tony can most often be found in the gym or running on the pathways of Columbia.

“Dr. Jake” joined Howard County Chiropractic in 2016 and possesses over 18 years of practice experience. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science with minor in Sports Management and a four year stint in the corporate world, Dr. Jake decided the human body was his true passion and attended Parker College of Chiropractic, graduating in December of 2006. Dr. Jake is Board certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and licensed by the Maryland Board of Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Examiners. He is full-body certified in Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, Dry Needling, and is an expert in gait analysis.

Dr. Jake is extremely active in the running community. He has been a competitive triathlete completing over 100 multisport events with six Ironman triathlons and two ultramarathons to his credit. He has qualified for the 70.3 World Championships.

Dr. Jake spends any free time he has with his wife and three beautiful daughters.
